Prerequisite

Initial :

Student complete ASHI Instructor Development Course
( Sent from Heart Savers Inc.)

Students must have a current ASHI PRO CPR status. ( 2005 updates )

Renewal :

Instructor must be current in all 2005 ASHI Guidelines

Instructor must have a current Instructor Card ( NO GRACE PERIOD)

Instructor must show proof of teaching 4 classes in last 2 years

Step A

1. IDC PROGRAM MUST BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO CLASS DATE NO EXCEPTIONS.

( Applies to all classes after November 1 2006)

Instructor Applicants can pick up IDC materials at the Mesa office, or we can ship the materials to you for additional $5.00. You will be tested on the these material the day of the Instructor class.

2. CPR PRO card must be faxed to our office prior to the date of class.
